If leadership and teamwork are the keys to success then there is nowhere better to sharpen these skills than with the elite teams of the Instructors. Many aspects of Special Forces work, such as the need to define objectives and to plan the logical moves to achieve them, can be applied to challenges faced in today's high-speed, high-tech business world. For the first time in the UK we can pass these unique skills onto the commercial world, and show how the UK Special Forces has earned its uncompromising reputation.

 

The lessons and experience gained from Ambush Adventures can be successfully applied to great effect in your organisation and are of particular relevance in high pressure 'mission critical' environments. Real or metaphorical, when the pressure's on and bullets start flying you need to have 100% confidence in yourself and your team!

Instructors teach individuals and teams the techniques for productive team work, using methods that have evolved during years of Special Forces experience and training. They apply whether your team is rescuing hostages, driving a project to a successful conclusion or closing that important deal.

 

All equipment and clothing issued to the participants reflects as accurately as possible that used by actual rescue teams. Instructors are similarly dressed, which allows everyone to feel and act the part. The fully working weapons used are simulations that carry no risk of serious injury. All participants are provided with protective clothing and receive a full safety briefing at the start of the training.

 

Courses can be of a one or two day duration and an ideal number of participants for the Hostage Rescue course is 12-24. As each course may be tailored to meet the requirements of the client, Ambush Adventures will train a larger number of students per course, if required.

 

For the Corporate event & Multi-Skills courses we can accommodate up to 24 participants.

Naturally, Ambush Adventures courses are not designed to train individuals to become Special Forces assault troops! Whilst the techniques and skills taught are authentic anything that could compromise existing teams has of necessity been filtered out. However, it's close enough to the real thing to convince you that you have been part of a Special Forces team taking part in serious action!

 

Participants receive:
A debrief assessment of how each team has performed (there can be a competitive element if required)
A Certificate of Participation
Photographs of the teams and the day as it progressed
Signed photographs of the course instructors - only kidding!

The object of this training package is to offer an insight into real world tactics adapted for use in airsoft gaming, This is not some 1980's training like some others do this stuff works.

We operate on a 8 students per instructor basis this ensures that all students will receive valid usable instruction.

Subjects covered

1. Target indication colour code and clock reference, Hand signals, Planning 
2. Room Combat (team roles, room entry positioning , Use of distraction devices
3. Weapon handling, Shooting on the move, Transitions
4. Use of cover, cover and move drills
5. Use of shields.

 

Item 1 is carried out in a group of all students with 2 to 5 being in 8 man teams.

Practical Scenarios 
Timed competition drills.
Final Exercises

This can be a 2 day package with day 2 recapping day one and going into Timed competition drills and final exercises.

 

All instructors are currently qualified instructors or recently retired trainers.
Role players will be needed for the final exercises 
plus your requirement.

 

We use current issue reactive targets and impact grenades enhance the whole experience. Basic handouts are provided.
